Documentation Required For gulf
If the contract is signed with the employee, the final process becomes a travel arrangement. Alien Group makes full travel arrangements for the benefit
of the employee and the employer. Tickets, VISA and various travel assistance are managed by us for mobilizing and demobilizing staff from the home
country to the remote area.
Our services include handling all official documents: original passport, air fare, and letter of approval from the government to the employee hours
before the flight. In order to reach their destination without complexity, we also familiarize them with all of the travel procedures. One is advised to
collect a VISA from the VISA counter at the airport in question and to contact the immigration authority for VISA approval if his visa is not accepted
prior to departure.
